Olive oil is an additional mono-unsaturated fatty acid that enables the active ingredients to reach the small intestine, the highest absorption part of the GI tract. Olive oil also provides protection from gastric acid.

Natural Vitamin E (Tocopherol) is an antioxidant that prevents fatty acid oxidation within the capsule.
