How Shop Pay Works

Shop Pay is a simple payment option that lets you choose whether you would like to pay for your purchase in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into 4 interest-free instalments for orders over $50. Please note that Shop Pay is only available on all non-Autoship + Save products e.g., eligible for Starter Kits and one-off purchase items. 

How to Checkout with Shop Pay

1. Add any eligible items to your cart.
   
   The minimum spend is $50. To see how much your payments will be, select ‘Learn more’ below the price of the product. In the GIF below, you can see the different payment options for each product.
   
2. Instantly checkout with Shop Pay at the product page or select Shop Pay at the checkout.
   
   
   
3. Follow the prompts and enter your details such as your email, mobile number and shipping address.
   
4. When selecting your payment method, select ‘Pay in 4 installments of $X’. You will then be charged every 2 weeks. Then proceed to enter your credit card details.
   
5. Review your personal information and click ‘Continue’ then wait for the installment details to load:
   
6. Review and agree to the terms of the agreement and proceed to complete your purchase.
   
7. Once your order is confirmed, you will see the screen below and receive an email confirmation shortly.
